Enterprise System Engineer

Assigned as the Lead Engineer in support of the Electronic Surveillance System for the Early Notification of Community-Based Epidemics (ESSENCE) and Protected Health Information Management Tool (PHIMT) projects. Project Manager

As the Project Manager (PM) for Joint Operational Medicine Information System (JOMIS) for the DoD I served as the primary liaison to government client. As PM, I utilized my vast experience performing all phases of the application/system development to provide management and engineering Subject Matter Expertise (SME) through various phases of all projects. Day-to-day task included Strategic Planning, oversight of development, implementation, management, maintenance, integration and implementation of security requirements for Information Systems (IS). Served as an IT Specialist for Social Security Administration (SSA) z/OS Mainframe Storage Management System Branch for the DASD Storage Management Team.
