Enterprise System Engineer

Assigned as the Lead Engineer in support of the Electronic Surveillance System for the Early Notification of Community-Based Epidemics (ESSENCE) and Protected Health Information Management Tool (PHIMT) projects. Project Manager

As the Project Manager (PM) for Joint Operational Medicine Information System (JOMIS) for the DoD I served as the primary liaison to government client. As PM, I utilized my vast experience performing all phases of the application/system development to provide management and engineering Subject Matter Expertise (SME) through various phases of all projects. Day-to-day task included Strategic Planning, oversight of development, implementation, management, maintenance, integration and implementation of security requirements for Information Systems (IS).
