OBJECTIVE

ORGANISATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Since June’2015 with Neopharma, Abu Dhabi as Production Executive Key result areas:

• Planning, Monitoring and Execution of Manufacturing and Packaging activities for Tablets, Capsules [Hard and Soft Gelatine], Liquids [Syrups and Suspension] and Semi solids [Ointments and Creams] and delivering the finished products to the warehouse for dispatch.

• Heading of the Granulation, Compression and Coating of tablets, Manufacturing of Soft Gelatine and Hard Gelatine Capsules, Liquid Manufacturing, Ointment and Creams Manufacturing with machine operation.

• Responsible for in process check for Granulation, Compression, Encapsulation, Coating, Blistering and Sorting of semi-finished products as per in house AQL SOP.

• Active participation in root cause investigation in case of OOS and initiation of deviation and change control.

• Troubleshooting, Work simplification, process optimization and standardization of operations.

• Procurement of machines and tools required for Manufacture of New product (Scale up/Exhibit batches) and enabling product launch in specified time.

• Participation in Qualification/Validation of Equipment, Process & cleaning.

• Documentation and its compliance as per cGMP aspects.

• Closer and review of BMR’s and BPR’s for its compliance with Regulatory requirements.

• Planning weekly/monthly schedule and preparation of weekly reports and MIS

• Preparation of SOP’s and work instructions.

• Handling failure and Initiation of CAPA.

• Responsible for implementing plant Safety / Industrial hygiene/Equipment safety in Shop floor. Preparation of SOP’s and work instructions.

• Responsible for IPC team.

• Co-ordination with the cross functional teams (QA, QC, R&D, Engineering, Warehouse, Supply chain) for smooth execution of Production and Packing process.

• Training of junior executives and operators.

• Operational Excellence [Process, Batch change over & Equipment’s].

• Successfully faced various local and international Audits such as: MOH-UAE, MOH- Ivory Coast, ISO, Merck Serrano, Pfizer, Abbott, MOH-Kenya, MOH -Russia, MHRA pre Audit, EU GMP Belgium and EU GMP Portugal.

• Worked as a pharmacist from July 2014-May 2015 in India. ACADEMIC DETAILS

Master of Pharmaceutical Science in Pharmacology (First Class Honours) Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Thesis: Pre-Clinical Evaluation of Anticancer Activity of Citrullus-colocynthis Fruit Extracts using Dalton’s lymphoma ascites (DLA) cell lines.
