January 2015 to April 2017 - JAB Inspection Services for Sunoco Logistics

• Budget forecast for 350-mile pipeline with 63 valve sites and 157 HDD drills - $3.5billion project.

• Evaluation of the constructibility and field evaluation and recommendations for constructibility.

• Meeting the design requirements of CFR 195 “Transportation of Hazardous Liquids by Pipeline”.

• Meeting the design requirements of ASME B31.8, ASME B31.4

• Managed construction of 62 mile spread of 20” and 16” lines - $310 million.

• Reviewed and improved engineering design, extensive client support, interfaced with Right of Way, Engineering, Regulatory (DOT, townships, Army Corps of Engineers, Pennsylvania EPA), and Operations groups, managed on-site construction, liaison between Sunoco Oil and Engineering group, and construction groups.

• Embridge, North Dakota: Direct responsibility for engineering design, cost estimates, tracking, and controls on $91million pipeline integrity project with 30 valve sites and 4 HDDs.

• Scope of work for the ILI tool.

• Review of the final data from the ILI tool vender with recommendations for the priority of the repair digs. This program was 3,000 digs with type B sleeve installed. We had a 78 repair crews working across North Dakota on a time and material work order. I managed the budgets and order of the work with weekly reporting to Embridges engineering group and monthly reports to upper management.

• Mariner East Pipeline Phase 1, Pennsylvania: Extensive engineering support for construction of 50-mile pipeline including valve site design and HDDs.

• Direct interface with Right of Way group, environmental groups, and townships.

• Hydrotest of 15 HDD’s and 5 mainline tests using the clients HDD reports including an audit of all MTR’s and GPS location of all welds.

Project Engineer - Project Manager - November 2007 to March 2012 - Xcel Energy High pressure gas engineering group, integrity management program.

• Integrity implementation of major high pressure gas lines per the CFR 192 code.

• ASME B31.8, ASME B31.8S, and ASME B31.4

• Design and management of Scope of Work for In-Line Inspection of 8-inch diameter and greater pipelines.
