RESPONSIBLETY AREA:

1-Responsibility of all machines in laboratory in case of any technical issues.

2-Receives or obtains specimens for laboratory analysis & does order entry.

3-Perform various bio-chemical, microscopic & bacteriologic tests to obtain data for using diagnosis & treatment of disease.

4-Maintains departmental equipment and carry out the daily routine maintenance required as per the guideline of each equipment.

5-Record lab test results and may assist in research and technical activities.

6-Transcribing materials, filling and maintaining all pathology and clinical laboratory files.

7-Prepare written documentation and file as required by the profession.

8-Keys in lab test, result and charge code for order entry when need arises.

9-Prepare requisition form and record of specimen to be sent to reference laboratory.

10-Coordinate with mother blood bank for blood and blood component supply. Prepare and send samples to reference laboratory for test that are not performed in in-house tests.

11-Handling customer query regarding report issues.

12-Co-ordination with our partner labs at different levels.

13-Customer feedback analysis regarding test and quality issues.

14-Detailed knowledge of overall Quality, Specimen Testing process and Report generation process.

15-Finding post analytical error.
