Training Manager

• Configure, implement, and maintain courses, content, and training within Totara LMS.

• Manage roles and permissions associated with LMS access.

• Consult and support discussions with Information Technology Department as they relate to LMS enhancements and system updates/upgrades.

• Manage the Learning Management system project.

• Contribute as a stakeholder in all projects which is/will be linked to the Learning management system (i.e., Share point, Alshaya internal portal, Talent management system, Recruitment on -Boarding project, etc.).

• Resolve any issues specific to project design/delivery and escalate any challenge (relating to individuals taking part in the training) to project sponsor.

• To effectively identify, select and manage the relationships with third party suppliers to deliver identified training whilst following company policies relating to procurement of services or goods.

• Generates an implementation and communication plan with timelines for the solution.

• Creates the appropriate test strategies (plus UATs) as required for the application. Achievements:
