My name is Rebecca Snyder. I am a Georgian College graduate of the Pharmacy Technician program. Throughout my studies I was educated thoroughly in drug therapy, pathophysiology, and pharmacology and how we as healthcare professionals must strive to put the patient’s interests above our own. In addition to my studies, I have almost 4 years of experience working in a busy pharmacy setting where I have had the opportunity to learn various software programs and ordering systems including Mckesson. This position has also allowed me to become an effective communicator, with both face to face interactions with a diverse customer base as well as telephone communications with health care personnel. I am confident these skills can be translated into providing exceptional customer service to Enbridge customers.

Working in a team environment with a common goal has allowed me to gain strong interpersonal and communication skills. My strong organizational skills were effective in ensuring requests and filing documentation allowed for seamless transactions. My passion to achieve positive outcomes for all customer interactions, was evidenced in my ability to effectively analyze and resolve conflicts.
