Responsibilities:

Supervise the camp maintenance, including civil work, plumbing, electrical, Air conditioning, Exterior structural repair. Managing maintenance team and ensure that all the clients receive prompt service. Inspect all aspects of property, ground, fire alarm, kitchen equipment, chiller, as part of preventive maintenance and curb appeal. Schedule and track service request. Provide assistance with service request issue trouble shoot when applicable. Trouble shoot service request daily for residents prioritizing the service request and ensuring they are completed in timely. Maintain Fitness equipment and Laundry facilities. Maintenance & repair of sewage treatment plant. Trouble shooting and maintenance & repair of synchronizing and paralleling work on Power generation system.
