This position consisted of managing systems and daily activity for Axle of Dearborn, Inc. Since joining the organization, I have taken the company into a completely IP based communication platform, inclusive of using cloud services. Auto- attendant, voice mail, virtual phone numbers, redundant T1 capacity to eliminate possibility of failure, all except the last residing on the cloud. I have implemented a completely new ERP software package within the company to solve inventory and financial issues that were all previously handled by Excel spreadsheets. The company now has live inventory and a purchasing and receiving schema that had not been there prior to my hiring. I have tied their remote retail location in Detroit to the ERP server in Ferndale so that daily sales and inventory are now live from the remote store. Implemented NetSuite and OZlink mechanized inventory within the organization. Certified by Crown Forklift to be a Powered Industrial Truck Trainer and am certified to OSHA test and license drivers of Powered Industrial Trucks. My position with LCSCORP was as diverse as my background. I built and installed servers and workstations for both customer and in-house implementation. I am the technological contact for my entire customer base for whatever problems might be encountered, from hardware failure to network intrusion. I am the system technician that handles all hardware repair and recovery with both the commercial and retail customer base. I am the web developer that handles creation and implementation of web presence for customers and for this company.
