Job Respon sibility Training Welders as per job requirement, preparation of welding test coupons, Maintenance of welding equipments and its accessories.

On Joining, general induction and orientation about the company and policies will be provided for all the Welder and Welding Operator .

After induction welders and Welding Operators will be sent for specialized / Critical process (Welding) training under the guidance of the welder trainer.

The trainer will make a preliminary assessment of the current level of the welders and Welding Operators.

On assessing the current level, welders and Welding Operators will be categorized for the required training.

Based on the Performance during Training, Qualification Test will be conducted for any one of the Project.

On passing the Qualification test successfully, welder and Welding Operator will be considered as a Qualified Personnel for the Production.

Every Qualified welder and Welding Operator will be allotted an individual symbol.

If the individual is not qualified he will be given Re-training.

Monitoring the welding parameter,weather welders are welding as per WPS or not.

Giving continuous feed-back to the NPD during job development.

To arrange inspectors for the field inspection and supervise the inspection work.

Inspection of Consumable electrodes, filler wires and gas used for welding

Control, welding consumables documents

Monitoring Pre heating, Inter pass temperature, Post weld heat treatment

Preparation of Weld traceability, Test package, Test reports
