Mining e-Permit is a project of Government of AP that aims at controlling prospecting and mining, environmental management and the responsible extraction of minerals. e-Permit portal issues permit which allows in conducting mining operations. Permits are issued for a specified period and the defined area.

Mining e-Permit portal hosts variety of reports developed using Power BI to enable the Department of Mines and Geology to realize the objectives of Mining e-Permit.

Role Description:

Work closely with client to understand the business requirements.

Test applications and business critical reports.

Responsibilities:

Discuss with client to understand the business requirements and formulate the scope of work.

Develop test plan with test strategy and approach for each release.

Identify the test scenarios; prepare test cases and test scripts.

Prepare test data required for test cases execution.

Execute test cases, report bugs and publish daily status.

Coordinate UAT testing along with the program manager.

Design & develop the Power BI reports and dashboard.
