• Code compressor and decompressor Spring 2018

Implemented both compressor and decompressor using Java by running length encoding. Parallel processing of binary instructions set speeds up the program by 20% than sequential processing.

• Petri net simulator for MIPS Processor Spring 2018 Coded in C++. It can perform arithmetic and load-store operations. Input to the program was Instruction set, register values and memory values and the output file had the step wise simulation. It used File handling and multithreading. Increased code efficiency of MIPS processor by 35%.

• Designed a MIPS simulator Fall 2017

Implemented simulator that can load specified MIPS text file, generate the assembly code while simulating set of instructions using multithreading providing output rate of 4 sec / 1000 instructions.

• To-Do List Android Application Spring 2017

Made a To-do list android application with gesture handling and handwriting recognition. Gesture Builder was used for gesture handling which speed up the app by 20% and myScript API for handwriting recognition were used.

• Huffman Encoder-Decoder 4-way cache optimised Spring 2017 Implemented using Java, measure run time and then write code to make encoder and decoder using algorithm. Time complexity was 5% faster than non-cache optimised.

• Global Terrorism management system Spring 2017

Database system containing terrorism record from 1920 and analysis the recorded data using oracle queries. Data set had 1,000,000 tuples. Using Oracle over SQL reduces average execution time for each query by ~ 5%. Backend implemented in PHP and UI using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
