Test Technician (1/2016 – Present)
Expedite the experimentation of medical, military, and aerospace devices. Spearhead Flying Probe projects per direct management by gathering the bill of materials (BOM), schematics, drawings, and the CAD (Computer Aided Design) files. Initiate the scrubbing of the BOM to clean any inconsistencies, errors, or potential risks, and to ensure every component listed in the BOM is correct, authentic, and available. Develop the projects utilizing XMatic software by uploading the CAD files and the BOM, and begin the cleansing process by removing any unnecessary parts. Perform measurements of all related parts by calculating the X axis, Y axis, and the height. Generate the project upon completion and upload the files to the main server for the debugging process.
Key Achievements:
Adroitly navigate the testing of machinery including test boxes, multimeters, oscilloscope, and power supplies.
Apply outstanding quality assurance standards at a component level with Thales, Raytheon, Inogen, Teledyne Controls, Enhanced Vision, Boeing, L3, and Mettler.
