Systems Analyst/Information Technology – Led a 15+ member team, supporting 2000+ users and allocating $ 1 million in assets with accountability for accepting stalled projects, reviewing project requirements, collaborating with teams and jumpstarting new processes to address challenges and deliver results across multiple benchmarks. Upgraded and revamped Command & Control tool (C & C) and the Node Insertion Tool (NIT) that are widely used by repair, activation, facility support, groom teams and engineering to improve workflow and processes;

The C & C tool saved 20 minutes at each WOT and PTD tasks

Reduced repair interval by 15 - 20% on each trouble ticket using C & C

●Acted as liaison with IT, engineering and users to create a node insertion tool to add auto-rollback to Spirent commands; added a new platform the ALU-7750 that coincided with the Intercity Ethernet projects; interfaced with groom team on new automation requirements

●SRM – was involved in T1 and DS0 transport SS7 project
