More than one (1) year as Production Supervisor of a Chocolate Plant. Supervises the flow of production from mixing of raw materials up to finished products for packing.

More than 5 years experience in Production Planning & Control . Do the weekly production schedule of the Chocolate & Bakery Plant. See to it that all the raw materials & packaging materials to be used are complete or sufficient. Do actual time study of the production machines used, to ensure a correct manpower requirement.

More than 20 years experience in Material Management of a Chocolate & Confectionery Company. In charge of Purchasing, & Warehouse Department. Computes the requirement of all raw & packaging materials, based on Sales forecast. Plans & schedules the procurement of all the materials (raw & packaging) needed. Communicates regularly with the suppliers (local & foreign) to ensure good quality of materials at very reasonable price. Monitors the movement of prices of Sugar, Dairy products, Cocoa, & Corn in the international market. See to it that the “just in time” is followed. Handles also the importation of all raw materials requirement. Monitors all incoming & outgoing materials in the warehouse. See to it that all raw & finished products are properly handled & disposed.
