Project Description:
This assignment for the Customer was primarily the daily functioning and issue resolution of a newly built Sailpoint Identity Management setup. Assignment also involves minor enhancements and RCAs and new application onboarding.
Responsibilities:
Working as the Onsite Team Lead for this project. Current role involves management of the existing Sailpoint implementation and support system
Working as the Security Analyst to understand the customer’s needs regarding the currently implemented system and new application onboarding as and when required.
Daily transactional activities as the onsite lead, which included interaction with client to understand their difficulties and mitigate the issues.

Project Description:
This assignment for the Customer was a solution for an Identity Management (IDM) Platform using SailPoint IdentityIQ to manage user identity lifecycle and migrate user provisioning and de- provisioning related functions from custom legacy implementations to SailPoint IDM 7.0 and further upgrades.
The new process involves automated user onboarding from different source systems, workflow automation, integration of workflow with Web Services, approval process and automated provisioning via Sailpoint IIQ.

Analyzed customer requirements, preparing and submitting a detailed requirement document, design document for approval, developing the solution proposed during design phase, unit and integration testing. Installed and configured Sailpoint IIQ 7.0 and further upgrades until Version 7.3 in the client environment. Worked as a core developer during all phases of the project including successful production deployment.
Sailpoint Identity IQ workflow development for User Lifecycle Events including Joiner, Leaver, Rehire and Attribute Changes
Sailpoint Identity IQ Workflow development for User Self Service like self registration, user profile update etc.
Worked Extensively on custom request models using Quicklinks, Forms and Custom Workflows.
Used plugin framework to implement below:
o Custom Report Framework with Interactive UI using xhtml o Customization of Sailpoint Access Request Dashboard based on user login, using plugin framework without accessing the OOTB xhtmls.
Sailpoint provisioning for Active Directory, Azure AD for Office 365, JDBC and delimited file connectors using both Roles Based and Provisioning Plan Based Approach.
Conceptualization and implementation of common pluggable provisioning framework for easy onboarding of applications, system had integration to 5k + applications.
Customisation of the Access Request Module, to integrate access request for different applications via a common framework. This Framework reduces the development effort for every new application onboarded. Also, added custom forms inside Sailpoint Access Request Module which is pluggable for each type of application.

This assignment for the Customer was a full migration from their legacy identity manager system (Sun IDM) to NetIQ Identity Manager 4.0.2. The scope of the project was to replace existing non- compliant and old process of user creation, providing and controlling access with a new system. The new process also involved workflow automation; integration of workflow with Web Services, approval process and automated provisioning via NetIQ IDM.
The project also included NetIQ Access Governance 6.2 implementation (which is basically Sailpoint IIQ) to certify user’s access and accounts into different target systems. This is a system which is highly Audit and Compliance oriented, where Managers and Application owners must complete regular reviews to keep the users’ accesses in check and be compliant. Responsibilities:

This project for the Customer involved a full implementation of their Identity Management Infrastructure using Sun Identity Manager (Sun IDM). It also involved Certification, Attestation, and Role Mining using Oracle Identity Analytics (OIA). Responsibilities:
Development of Sun IDM workflows. Have contributed in Implementation of the OIA suite and its integration with the Identity Manager Setup. This was implemented using Sun IDM as a part of the same project. Have also contributed in building the Scripted JDBC adapter.
Have been involved in the project since the design phase and contributed in Unit and Integration testing, test case documentation.
