The Accountabilities

Civil Engineer / Detail Engineering

Complete study of contract documents and applicable standards.

Preparation of Method statements and Protocols/Work permits as per Design Specifications and contract documents requirement.

Preparation of quantities based on approved drawings for floating quotations to vendors.

Reviewing of Vendor documents and follow ups for materials.

Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Look ahead Schedules.

Reconciliation of all major materials.

Construction & Execution of Civil Works

Preparation of Method Statements,

Construction of Sub Station,Process Interface Buildings,Operation &Maintenance Buildings, Catalyst Shelters,Fire Training Buildings,Satilite Inspection Buildings,ETR/ITR Buildings.

Checking of IFC drawings and raising TQs for if any changes.

Checking of bar bending schedule and estimation of concrete required.

Executing the structures as per drawing & design basis.

Preparing Daily progress report (DPR,WPR)& Pour card etc.,

Raising RFI's on daily basis.

Follow up day to day tasks and intimation of requirements for next tasks.

Assigning works for supervisors and scheduling of their shifts.

Quality check of concrete grades and maintaining of proper paperwork for each and every task.

Active participation in weekly meetings and submission of project reports to senior officials.

Strictly follow up of safety rules in site premises. (100% HSE)

Coordinating with executions and Management.

Arrangement of materials according to the specification.

Coordinating with foreman in preparation of construction survey.

Ensuring the quality of work at site as per the quality standard and schedule.

Handling projects with all drawings and drawing study.

Handling equipment and manpower at site.

Keeping all the supported documents at the site.

Construction of Booster Pump Foundations, Trim Coolers, Electrical Heaters, Nitrogen Packages, Chemical Injection Packages, Concrete Cable Trenches, Under Ground Utilities, Concrete Pavements.

Pipe lines of varies sizes from 4 to 60 dia in all types of soil strata.

Site grading and Paving works including ROW formations.

Excavation for pipe line including pre/post padding & to berm formations.

Construction of sectionalizing valve stations and Pipe supports (Pre cast/ Cast in situ).

Construction of Fire point shelters, Passive cooling shelters, Pig launcher/ Receiver, Jib crane foundations, Hard strand, Anchor blocks, Impact walls, Boundary wall & Fencing works.

Cast- in-suit Piling works in large scale with rotator and conventional equipment s.

Pre cast driven piles including all types of load test.

Pipe/Box culverts from 1.5meters to 10 meters spans.

Intake & Out fall Structures adjacent to Sea coast.

Different types of Foundations such as Spread, Isolated, Combined footings, Sumps, Infiltration wells, Casinos & Overhead tanks.

TG Raft & deck slab including auxiliary columns.

RCC Chimney 275meters height using Slip form techniques.

Construction of Site office, Residential & Industrial Buildings using Piling/ Raft foundations/ Footings.

Pedestals for Pipe rack, Cable tray and cable trenches for Electrical & instrumentation works.
