-Recruiter and office manager with staff of up to 8 recruiters including all aspects- hiring, training,. HR functions, directing operations, P&L, sales and marketing.

-Recruiter - Source, identify, interview, evaluate, test, background check, offer negotiation and follow through all phases of the hiring process.

-Communicate and work with upper-management, department heads, field managers and clients to identify needs and qualifications of candidates.

-Conduct job fairs, college recruitment, in field cold call recruiting and internal candidates.

-Keep abreast of candidate sources to include the internet, advertising, cold call recruiting and to continuously seek new and changing sources.

-Maintain file management, assist in all areas as needed.

-Have recruited and hired candidates all across the country working multiple openings and locations at the same time.

-Continually develop candidates for future needs.
