Assistant Supervisor, Sterilite Corporation, Pinson, Alabama, Sept 2015 – Present
Sterilite is one of the largest plastic manufactures of household products. They produce plastic parts such as bowls, trash cans, dust pans and any other plastic household items. The assistant supervisor is responsible for managing the inspector packers, floor people and maintaining the operations of the injection molding machines. Daily duties include setting up the 770 Ton Van Dorn or 700 Ton Impco injection molding machines and processing quality parts along with setting up Witmann Robots to pick the parts out of the machines. Responsibilities also include fixing or replacing water fixtures or fittings and maintain cleaning of the molds and molding floor.
Production Supervisor, Eissmann Group Automotive North America, Pell City, AL, Sept 2014 – Sept 2015
German owned company that produced handmade dashboards for Mercedes Benz vehicles. Apply vinyl or leather material to plastic dashboard substrates. As Production Supervisor, I was responsible for maintaining production within an hourly rate, training the wrappers on different techniques to get the job done in a timely manner while producing quality parts.

IAC is a plastic injection molding company that manufactures plastic doors, side panels, running boards, and other plastic components needed to assemble a vehicle. My supervisor/team leader role consists of overseeing about 30 inspector packers (ISP’S), process techs and maintainance. I must manage the run time of the machines and supply the ISP’s with the materials needed to run the machine so they can produce quality parts. The job consists of scheduling, printing work-orders, labels, and tracking production on a daily basis.

Quality and production are the most important values of the job. Weekly I assisted with payroll and monthly requirements included inventory and billing.

Printer Operator, Xerox Services, Lancaster, PA, Aug 2004- Dec 2005
Daily assignments included monitoring printing projects by using Xerox printers, scanners and binding devices. Loaded paper into the machines scanned necessary documents and completed printing orders. Every month the inventory and billing statements have to be entered into the system and submitted to our managers.
