It is with great enthusiasm that I request my application for the chemist position. It seems that the opportunity for collaboration is great by reviewing the interests of your department. I am a permanent resident of Canada. I am currently a post doctoral fellow (visiting professor) at College of Pharmacy and Nutrition, University of Saskatchewan Canada working with Professor Jonathan Dimmock in the drug design and discovery research. The focus of my project is the design, synthesis and bioevaluation of thio adducts of 3, 5- bis (benzylidene)-4 piperidones and 4, 6-bis (benzylidene) cyclohexanones as a new class of antineoplastic agents. A summery of my achievement over the past fifteen years are as below: I have taught a variety Pharmaceutical courses such as Medicinal chemistry, Organic chemistry, General chemistry, Radio pharmacy, Radioimmunoassay, Instrumental analytical chemistry (UV, IR, 1H NMR,13C NMR, Radioimmuno assay, ELISA, Neutron Activation Analysis, Radio-HPLC, Mass and Gamma spectroscopy) and Physical and Chemical Control for pharmaceutical compounds to Pharm-D, MS and Ph.D. students. I was principle advisor of more than 30 thesis of Pharm-D and MS medicinal chemistry students and the outcomes of those researches could be published in the reputational journals. I have developed a wide range of skills and experiment in design and synthesis of anticancer agents, quality control of pharmaceutical compounds,quality control of radiopharmaceutical kits,developed new technique for the reconstitution of radiopharmaceutical kits in the nuclear medicine departments, preparation of new radiotracers for palliative therapy in bone metastasis, develop and preparation of new radiotracers for the distinction of infection from sterile inflammation lesions and the developed new formulation of radiotracer for identification of Parkinson disease by radioisotope imaging. I had a very good cooperation with Atomic 2

Energy Organization of Iran for quality control of radiotracers that were produced by the nuclear reactor and cyclotron.
