I am a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 12 years’ experience in pre-contract and post-contract services on Roads
& Infrastructure, Buildings and Facilities Management projects. Since 10/2013 Senior Quantity Surveyor-PROJACS International, Qatar Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the Contracts to ensure contract delivery in line with budget.
Ensure all contractual documentation, Tenders and reports meets the required standards and delivered in line with contractual requirements.
Review contractual correspondence generated by contractors and consultants and ensures that contractual points raised are responded to correctly and in a timely manner.
Evaluate the monthly payments applications of the Contractors and make recommendations to the client.
Prepare various Quantity Surveying documents including budgetary estimates, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines and Costs Estimates.
