ABOUT ME

I’m a Civil Engineering professional, with 3 years of work experience as Site Engineer and QA/QC Engineer. Keen on enhancing my career as a Civil Engineer in Qatar.

My Goal is to keep going with challenging position where there is constant learning and applying process through which I can effectively contribute my skills and there by lead my organization to the perfection.

WORK HISTORY

Worked as a Site Engineer at Musheireb downtown Phase-2(Fitout Works) from August-2018 to March-2019 through QMEP.

Worked as a Site Supervisor in Road Works from April -2018 to July-2018

Worked as a Trainee Engineer at Hyderabad from December-2016 to Feburary-2018 through MAK Constructions

Roles & Responsibility

Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.

Reviews shop drawings.

Coordinate with Architectural team to Ensure proper work with accuracy has been done

Supervise all the civil jobs like Excavation, back filling, brick laying, plastering, tile fixing, painting, floor finishing,

Coordinate with team and organize the supervision activities on site.

Monitoring daily progress of site. work done by team.

Preparing weekly progress reports to be submitted to the Project manager and consultants.

To watch and Inspect the construction work and assure that it is done in full accordance with the drawings, technical specifications and bills of quantities.

Checking of layout and setting out of building with existing structures and site levels.

Maintain a filing system for all site memos and instructions, measured quantities of work and materials on site, report and other documents and correspondence pertaining to the construction activities.

Coordinate with team and organize the supervision activities on site.

Keeping track of the days worked in line with the days in the contract.

Reading drawing and prepare all required information for foremen and subcontractors.

Tracking work Schedule by monitoring day by day progress of project.

Co-ordinate with main Contractor and consultant on technical aspects.

General material submittal as per the specification requirements.

Assessment of all commented shop drawings and Submittals and adhering all necessary replies for approvals.

Manager Lookahead Program’s with Silo Breakdown (Resource’s)

Familiarizes oneself and obeys all the projects safety requirements including specific on-site regulations.

Provide advice and resolve creatively and emerging problems/deficiencies

Monitor Progress and compile reports in projects status

Active Involvement in weekly meetings to resolve the site related issues.

Checking for the requirement on the site and preparing scheduling, so that the work can be going on smoothly.

Prepare weekly lookahead plans, Daily report to actively involved in weekly meeting.

Ensure the quality of work has been done with safety procedure

Ensure the quality of materials used is as per the client requirement

Ensure the Quality of concrete by doing Slump cone test, Ball test

To ensure the strength of concrete used on site attended the mix design strength perform CUBE Test.

Ensure the design of concrete and strength by conducting a various concrete test like Slump Cone Test, Workability test (Ball test), Compression Test.

To ensure the quality of cement (date of manufacture, Storage area and cement flouting test is being conducted.

To ensure the quality of red brick we conduct floating test & to ensure the quality and class of brick we conduct some other test like Soundness test, Structure test, Water absorption test, Hardness test etc.

To Ensure the quality of steel used various tests conducted at laboratory Like Tensile Strength of steel

Schedule material and equipment purchases and delivery at site.

Provide technical advice regarding design & specification of the project.

Closely monitor the site activities to ensure the quality of work.

Fulfills project requirements by training and guiding operators.

Site work execution like, Excavation of pit, Basement Excavation, column reinforcement, beam reinforcement, slab reinforcement, are properly followed the structural plan correctly

Supervise the loading and unloading process of cement sand and aggregates.

Responsible for daily works accomplishment and coordination to the employee.

Conducts site observation surveys to prepare BOQ’s.

Qualification

Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India, A Four-year Full-time degree.

B.Tech/Civil : Mumtaz College of Engineering and technology/Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.

Intermediate : Agarwal Junior College For Boys/Board of Intermediate Education.

S.S.C : Board of Secondary Education.

Technical Ability

AutoCAD.

MS Word, Excel, and power point.

Revit 2017 (Basic).

Quantity Survey.
