C1, C2, C3, C5 and Heavy maintenance visit on AIRBUS 320,321 fitted with CFM56-5B, V2500.
C1,C4,C5 and C6 CHECKS on new generation Boeing 737-700/800/900ER fitted with CFM 56-7B Engines
C3, C4 and 2 yearly checks on ATR72-212A aircraft with P&W 127F Engines.
Involved in structural repair on AIRBUS 320,321 Boeing 737-700/800/900 & ATR 72-500 Aircraft.
Job Description :-
Structural repair in accordance with technical orders .
Efficient at handling the different hand and power tools.
Carried out cargo frame fabrication and splice repair.
Carried out the repair on FR35, 36 and 43 as per SB.
Fabricate parts in according to manufacturer’s recommendation and approval.
Laying out works derived from blue prints and working drawings.
Making templates form blocks when necessary
Perform re-skinning, Door Doubler repair, Remove and installation of rivets, patching and splicing.
Drill countersink, dimple ream and tap holes of bolting, screws, riveting and installation of special fasteners.
Repair and Replace replaceable and repairable components
Rework and Replace components to rectify damaged malfunctioning components.
Removes and treats corrosion,dents scratches
Performed repair on hole crack and lightning strike repair with cold working.
Carried out Repair of Bulkhead Bombardier Q 400
Carried out Repair of Beam 947 and 986 Boeing 737
Performed doubler repair on winglet in A320.
Performed repair on MLG door in B737.
Also actively involved in Modifications/ Major Repairs such as;
