KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

Project Management and Customer Service/Complaint handling:

• Delivering projects against agreed scope, schedule & customer expectations. Whereas, supervising, directing & motivating teams of multiple disciplines for project execution.

• Handled the entire project execution from project planning till SAT (Site Acceptance Test) as project coordinator, with the key role of customer interaction at different stages of the project.

1. Currently working as mechanical supervisor in SANTOSH FABRICATION, Dhanbad (Jharkhand) from Jan 2017 to Dec 2018.

Responsibilities:

Supervision of fabrication & erection of (drinking water and chemical) pipelines as per drawing.

Hydro testing

Inspection of Welding quality (dry penetration test)

1.Mechanical project engineer at EPC project CETP (central effluent treatment plant),capacity-780m3/hr, in RANDSTAD INDIA LTD at TATA STEEL LTD, Kalinganagar from Aug 2015 to Sep 2017

2.Period of job: 2yrs

Responsibilities:

Supervise the erection of (effluent transfer, dry compressed air, drinking, fire fighting, chemical) pipelines as per drawing.

Inspection of welding quality.

Supervise the installation of pumps & their equipment in pump house area as per P&ID.

Project execution & commissioning of Reverse osmosis membrane (RO), multi effect evaporator (MEE) and Tubular membrane filter (TMF).

Coordinate with sub contractors to complete the project in time limit.

2. Mechanical supervisor in M/s R.N CONSTRUCTION, Dhanbad (Jharkhand) from Jan 2013 to Dec 2014.

Period of Job: 2yrs

Responsibilities:

Supervise erection in steel structure of 800MT.

Prepare BOQ (billing of quantity).

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical with aggregate 61% from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, Karnataka in 2012.

H.S.C through C.B.S.E board with 59% in 2007.

S.S.C through C.B.S.E board with 64% in 2005.
