Objective:
I intend to build a career in the field of Pharmacology (Education/Research). I wish to do work in a research organization/institution along with with a job of Assistant Professor of Pharmacology in the Pharmacology department, along with a Proposal of studying PhD on part time basis where I can get atleast a NOC(NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE) for my PhD (on part time basis) . I wish to put my knowledge into research and simultaneously learn latest developments in the field of my specialization along with imparting my knowledge to the students and provide the best knowledge of my subject specialization and Willing to work as an effective faculty member in the department of Pharmacology to attain a responsible position at work where i can utilize my knowledge, experience and sound technical background to deliver quality work . At present Being as a determined qualified postgraduate with a very strong positive attitude and having self-starting ability, good interpersonal and communication skills and ready to work independently as well as a member of team to explore and utilizing the skills acquired during the course till date & also I wish to work as an effective faculty member (Assistant Professor of pharmacology) preferably in the department of pharmacology where to be a part of an organization one can utilize his inherent talent, to contribute his skills to the organization’s vision and mission, growth & for academic succeess. Presently being as an pharmacologist I am searching a job of Assistant Professor of pharmacology. During my period of Post Graduation study & During my period of Tutorship as a university curriculum I teach classes to MBBS, BDS, BPT & B.Sc. Nursing students & also took all pharmacology classes to MBBS, BDS, BPT & B.Sc. Nursing students of shadan as a routine basis . Also engaged in routine practicals, tutorials and discussions & various seminars & journal clubs. previously i was worked as Tutor in Department of pharmacology, SHADAN INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES(SIMS), Himayathsagar road, Hyderabad from 1/1/2015 to 25-7-2018 date. I have got successfully my 3 years 6 months and 25 days of teaching as a Tutor, at present I have a total of 3 years 6 months and 25 days of teaching experience as a Tutor. I am also a lifetime member of prestigious Indian Pharmacological society. Preparation of animal models for various pharmacological practical’s. Even if CPCSEA objects for using animals I have the excellent presentation skills so the students can understand the chapters in a systematic way with suitable costly softwares of experimental pharmacology CAL(COMPUTER – ASSISTED LEARNING)simulations like EX PHARM PRO, EXCOLOGY, MEDIMATION as an alternative to animal experiments with the aid of computer according to MCI guidelines & latest therapeutic guidelines of drugs prescribing & skills of explanation of subjects precise & point to point wise with mnemonics & with reasons so that the students especially the UG’s can understand the subject in a simple manner and even PG’s. Wherever power points are necessary, the power point presentation classes will also helps the students better for learning & understanding the subject in a easiest way. Since animal experiments involve pain & suffering in animals with many experiments requiring sacrificing the animals, the use of animals in experimental pharmacology for demonstration /teaching purposes has now very much restricted from an ethical point of view. So, alternative methods of teaching and learning pharmacology experiments have been developed now along with
the advances in computing technology. The animal experiments in undergraduate courses have been substituted by demonstrations using computer-aided learning programmes. Now a-days
the CAL(COMPUTER – ASSISTED LEARNING) is a new concept of teaching pharmacology for undergraduates students by using computer simulations an alternative to animal experiments “which allows us with a greater advantage of lesser involvement of time, effort, repeatability
and also prevents most important work of unethical killing of experimental animals.’’ CAL(COMPUTER – ASSISTED LEARNING) is almost similar to the experimental model of learning .So both the invivo & invitro correlations can be made easily with thehelp of the user-friendly Experimental Pharmacology softwares. Respected sir/madem I only have this computer simulated software at present it costs about 60,000- 1 lakh rupees for 6 months period of usage for its installation in the present market.After one should renewal license key. I only have this computer simulated software rich handling techniques & operating skills what I have learned myself. If in case I have selected as Assistant Professor of Pharmacology in your esteemed institute I am ready to give this most important & precious and valuable softwares services un interruptedly free of cost.
