Searched resumes from GEM (Global Enterprise Management System) and evaluated employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection and referral.

Tracked movements on submittals made on all jobs using client tool.

Ensured the timely fulfillment of open/active requisitions.
