Responsibilities:-

- Reviewing tender documents to understand the scope of work and to identify the critical requirements of Projects

- Organizing Internal kick-off meeting & External Kick-off meeting with client for job execution planning, documentation, deliberation of client design specifications, process design conditions & material specifications.

- Issuance of minutes of meeting with action plan and with action date.

- Follow up with concerned department to complete the action plan within committed date.

- Reviewing the project budget with Estimation Department

- Checking drawings before submission to client.

- Follow up with client to get approval for submitted documents.

- Receiving free issue materials and coordinating with client for material inspection (MIR) as per requirement.

- Co ordinating and supervising the installation

- Organizing meetings with suppliers, sub-contractors to clear their scope of work & receiving deliverable date.

- Ensuring that all the materials are released to Production for fabrication.

- Follow up with Production and provide technical assistance in inconsistencies encountered in site during Fabrication.

- Attending weekly project meeting to ensure that materials are received on time by Production team without any deviation.

- Issuance of monthly overall progress report internally.

- Preparing and issuing shop floor instruction to Production if there is any re-work.

- Coordinating with client to witness the inspection & test activities as per approved inspection and test plan.

- Coordinating with Production team in order to clear all the Job card.

- Conducting Work inspection report (WIR) as per execution of the work

- Submitting supporting documents to Accounts for invoicing.
