Professional Experience with Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. Kiewit Intern (May 2018 – August 2018) - Fullerton Creek Channel Improvement Project ($11,760,000) in Buena Park, California for Orange County Public Works

Responsible for support setting up project quantity books and supporting all project operations through indoctrination, material procurement, managing daily cost, supporting field supervision, bulk commodity tracking, creating/analyzing survey monitoring reports, trucking logs, field quantity checks, weekly schedule updating, creating/renewing work permits, purchase orders, and conducting safety sweeps of the jobsite. PROJECTS

• The Six-Sided Dice Project

Machining a piece of extruded aluminum stock into a six-sided die from scratch. Using academic knowledge and creative thinking, I was required to create blueprints using SolidWorks design, code and machine the dice using CNC machines. Starting at 2.5” and ending with a true cut design of 2.25” square with a tolerance of 0.005, then using a chamfering dimpling code I wrote to finish off the dice.

• 3D design of a full functional 3-cylinder engine using AutoCAD and Solid Works

• Full scale design and launch of 15-foot-tall trebuchet for Discovery Center annual pumpkin patch

Used AutoCAD to design the trebuchet, full construction, and competed in competition

• Coding of MATLAB script file to play Tic Tac Toe through 4 total dense scripts.

Created a script file in MATLAB that hosts a game of Tic Tac Toe, with one simple code. A total of 4 independent script files, together, made the game function. SKILLS
