Major Responsibility And Duties
Reporting to project manager responsible for managing architectural plans and leading a group of surveyors of different projects such as Topography, Profiles, Cross section Detail, setting out and as built as per project management .Coordinating the data with design engineer and draftsman.
-Assure most suitable type of surveying equipment such as total station, automatic level.
-Determine the best method of survey in coordination with the project team.
-Establish proper survey crews to meet the required in terms of accuracy and program.
-Keep fully documented records of survey works including daily diary of the survey crew, plan and completed works.
-Coordination includes attendance at all related meetings. Taking notes for record and circulation to the rest of the project team.
-To check the grid line coordinates vertically & horizontally as the drawing s location and requirements.
-Preparation of as-built records
-Adopt & comply with health and safety environment guidelines.
-Establish control points for site developments.
-Assisting quality control for inspection.
-Supervisory civil works.
