Work Experience:

Working as EMS Engineer for State Data Centre Goa in association with Orange Business Services from April 2017 till date.

Currently engaged in GSDC (Goa state data centre) using Tools HPE NNMi, HPE Omi, HPE Service Manager.

Monitoring & Management of Data Centre.

Ticketing using HPE Service Manager.

Responsibilities Handled:

Incident/Change management as per ITIL process.

Working on Incidents, Service Requests, Reporting and other related activities in a Helpdesk/Service Desk Environment.

Provided L1 support for problems relating to HPSM, HP NNMi and HP OMi related issues.

Timely completion of Service request in defined SLA.

Worked at all EMS related tools like Service desk, HP NNMi, HPOMi • Maintaining all call record and generating Report as per defined SLA.

Generating Reports of the various parameters of the Network and Server devices using HPE ISPI tool.

Helpdesk general operations using HPE Service Manager (like Incident, Request, Change Management).

User creation and assignment of roles in HPE NNMi, HPE Service Manager.

Updation of Asset Inventory, CMDB as and when required.

Migrating the applications from old to new servers with the same configuration.

Creation of Virtual machines as per requirement.
