Programming Languages - Have experience with programming in Java, Microsoft Visual Basic, PHP, HTML, and SQL

Networking - Constructed a network on Oracle Virtual Box between 3 machines with another classmate using Windows Server 2012 and Windows 7. Network had DHCP, Active Directory, SMTP mail server, Routing, DNS. Also, have used WireShark for packet analyzation within our network. Learned about the different type of Network topology, network hardware, and TCP/IP handshake or SYN-SYN-ACK.

Database Development/Management - Worked with relational database queries in Oracle, MySQL with some scripting involved. Made instruction manual of database queries in Database Management course. Created a database store for HTML webpages, would log and sorted based on certain criteria (Can show the project more in depth with a look at my portfolio)

Project Management - Semester long group Project Management assignment. Used MS Project to learn how to allocate resources and assignments to our mock project we had come up with and implemented Agile and Waterfall approach designs to the project to give different perspectives.

Operating Systems Dept - Work with all types of operating systems; Windows Server R2, Fedora Linux, Windows Server 2008, Mac OS X, Windows 10.

Writing - Taken classes in both Business and Technical Writing.

Help Desk Tech, 03/2018 to Current Frederick Memorial Hospital – Frederick, MD Troubleshooted vital computer systems through remote access, handled machines and user accounts with issues on the network through AD, Imaged computers, handled backup tapes from data center, route CAT5 through switchboards in data rooms on hospital floors.
