•In BA Tax Corp. Working for Tax Line set up process, where we use to verify whether the property tax of home owner is paid to Taxing Authority in U.S. on time & accurate to avoid Tax Diligence.

•We use to verify whether the property is assigned to proper BACI home owner or not.

•We check legal documents (PTC, Appraisal, Tax Information and HUD-1) of BACI Homeowner from BACI Applications (NDR, Core logic, Co. Website, etc) after verifying all this documents we checking weather additional taxes are required for the property or not.

•Once documents are verified with proper property number we set up Tax line on BACI Application accordingly. So that the property taxes are paid on time.

•Maintain daily worksheet and collating data’s from all team members and sending them to FLM/TLs.

•Worked with Datamatics Financial Services Ltd (Formerly “IDBI BOND”)
