Below are a few highlighted accomplishments:
• Excellent service: Investigated numerous human rights discrimination violations based on race, sexual orientation, physical, mental disability and provided factual advice that enabled leaders to make informed decisions to support the organizations goals.
• Teamwork to succeed: with all employees established an environment of trust resulting in focused employee strategies in areas of training and accountability. Created, implemented, evaluated training programs and policies in the areas of: Human Rights Code, AODA, Health & Safety, Sexual Harassment, and Employment Standards.
• Diversity for growth and innovation: implemented recruiting strategies to remove barriers for applicants.
• Building Trust through integrity my balanced approach resulted in successful resolutions of employee relations issues in privately and publicly traded organizations that have been unionized (CUPE, UFCW and Teamsters).
