In Medical Records I worked mainly with the Emergency Room and Urgent Care visitation documents. While working with these documents I am very familiar to the different document types from the Emergency Room. With the paperwork, I am responsible for preparing the documents, scanning them into the computer, and finally Quality reviewing them to correct mistakes. I am very confident with Chartmaxx and I am capable of finding information from here for patient care. I also know how to order charts for doctors and studies from outside the hospital sources. With ordering charts and picking up discharges, I have become knowledgeable of the IDX system. Since working in the hospital I have familiarized myself
with the different towers and their layouts.
