ACTIVITIES

My passion is for Electronics, Since I was young, I spent several hours taking apart old radios, computers, electronic toys, and games. I learned why the light turned on when a switch was flipped, I learned how batteries were used to power our phones and tablets, and even learned how to make repairs to broken power cords, headphones, and chargers. Skip to several years later, I still spend countless hours researching electrically related topics, listening to EE podcasts, hosting online engineering groups and working on several hobbyist projects. So far, I have designed and etched my own Circuit boards, programmed Arduino and PIC Microcontrollers, produced portable gaming consoles, participated in EE competitions and even placed as a finalist in the Georgia TSA Electrical Applications State Competition. I currently hold a Technicians License for operating amateur radio under the FCC and have recently started my own Electronics Podcast in which I discuss current electronics news and events. I am also a member of my university’s creator club, an organization that it meant to help student create and make whatever comes to their mind. From Dungeons and Dragons board game, to a fully automated robot. I am also a member of my Universities IEEE organization and the Innovation LLC a group for freshman in the STEM fields to get together to collaborate and discuss new and innovative ideas.
