iv) Issuing of Material to site sub-contractors and departments v) Indent Posting of Returnable, Free and Chargeable items vi) Physical Stock verification day to day basis

vii) Keeping of material in proper staging

viii) Maintenance of Bin card system and coding

ix) Identification of Defective Goods & also inform to concern Package Managers.

x) Handling of Client Material Receipt and Issue

xi) Stock maintaining & stock will be shared with Planning for generation of PR.

Maintaining stores registers i.e. Inward registers, Outward Register, Gas cylinder register, Diesel Issue Register Sub-Contractor’s returnable item register, tools & tackles Register, Daily Issue Register, Bulk Material Register etc., Sensitivity : This Document is Classified as "LNT Internal Use".

Regularly maintaining formwork materials receipts, Issue & dispatch records.

Statutory obligations and strictly following safety norms like fire extinguishers etc.

Material Receipt and Issue - Free Issue, Chargeable Issue, Returnable Basis, Loan Basis and Negative Indents, MIVs.
