Manager, Technical Training and Onboarding
Partnered with the learning and development organization to direct the design, planning, and implementation of engineering onboarding and training programs, policies, and procedures. Leveraged metrics and data from onboarding survey and check-ins to identify, communicate, and implement improvements to the onboarding program to make them more accessible and evergreen while automating the process. Collaborated with subject matter experts to stay current on changes to Relativity, to work directly with the on-boarders, answer questions, and provide direction specific to Relativity versions. Documented onboarding for all engineering new hires and created training modules and paths for different roles and disciplines. Acted as liaison between human resources and engineering department to coordinate successful onboarding of new hires.
Key Highlights:
Built a study program from the ground up using agile processes to help match the learning with the process which will be used in the organization. Before creation the success rate of the exam was 60% after the program was established the success, the rate became 96%
Assisted in the launch of Workday Learning the companies first LMS system.
Partnered with the security team to launch ISO 27001 training which lead to passing the companies audit for ISO in the first two years.
Conceptualized and developed supplemental training to replace the companies’ version control and project tracking software.
