Work Experience:

•Currently working with M/S SHREE GINGER ENTERPRISES, DADRA, DADRA AND NAGAR HAVELI as GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE in Electrical Department of POY and FDY plant from September 2018 to till now.

Nature of Working in Ginger:

•Being worked as an GET (Electrical) looking after the preventive and breakdown maintenance of the plant on the following areas.

•Managing the functions of troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for reducing machinery downtime to minimum and increasing overall equipment effectiveness.

•Control and maintenance of LT PCC panel and of all MCC Feeders.

•Controlling of the motor with the DOL, Star – Delta Starter.

•Monitoring and analysis of power consumption from energy conservation point of view.

Project Title: PLC and SCADA

Description: PLC stands for Programmable Logic Controller and is used to control electromechanical process.SCADA stands for Supervisory Control and Data Acquistion that is used to moniter and control facilitie infrastructure in industries.Software which is used for PLC is LogixPro and InTouch is for SCADA.

Academic Projects:

•Line Following Robot- By using 555 timer IC. It follows the black line using the two LDRs .When the black line reflects on LDR then it follows that line.

•Small Wind Generator- In this there is insulated copper wire for stator winding and there is one propeller. When the wind comes to the propeller it start moving and hence the magnetic field generates and current flows.

•Analysis of Partial Shading, Mismatch and Fault on PV Module(Panel)- In this project we analyze the effect of without shading and partial shading on the performance of PV panel. Power output decreased as number of shaded cells were increased. Other than this, we have also observed mismatching condition where four panels were connected with different ratings that affects the performance. We also observed fault condition where one panel had been shorted. Because of these conditions the efficiency of the PV module was decreased.
