AZ Vault eTMF is the Critical GxP system which acts as a centralized location for storing clinical Trial Master file documents and storing clinical documents from various systems via Integrations. The application provides functionalities such as EDL Item completeness, Document Management, Workflows, Lifecycle management and integration with other systems and migration of contents from other systems to Vault eTMF.
Roles and Responsibilities
Handling Tier 2 and Tier 3 level of application support
Responsible for doing Release Impact Assessment for every general release.
Responsible for doing Risk Impact Assessment for various integrations and migrations.
Responsible for enhancements which includes configuration changes as per the requirement from Business
Responsible for supporting Integrations & Migrations by providing Technical Assessment wherever required.
Responsible for enabling / configuring the Configurable features as part of General & Limited release.
Responsible for collaboration with Vendor for technical issues and resolve them
Currently supporting Migration from Documentum to Clinstore with third party vendors and responsible for technical configurations in Veeva Vault eTMF
Responsible for Regression and smoke testing during configuration changes and project deployments.
