1) Title: Analysis of crane hook.

Team size: 4

Description: A structural analsis was performed on the 3D model of crane hooks having different cross sections. The weakest section and maximum stress of each cross section was identified.

2) Project Intern at IISc for BE final year project. Title: Design and optimization of the backup structure of 9m Paraboloidal Reflector Antenna. Team size: 4

Description: Attempted to develop a methodology to design a basic truss structure and optimize it for weight and deflection. This truss was used as a repeating module to form the backup structure of a paraboloidal antenna. The surface rms value was brought below a certain limit through design and optimization of the truss. ANSYS 18.1 and MATLAB were used in this project.
