JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;

Perform Inspection & Testing activities in accordance with documented procedure.

Qualification and Acceptance testing of components as per ASTM, ISO, GOST & Indian Standards.

Reviewing of Quality Assurance Plan and QA Matrix.

Conducting Destructive Testing which includes Mechanical tests like Tension test, Shear test, and Hardness testing.

Performing Metallographic Testing like Grain size, Inclusion Content, Micro-structure analysis, Macroscopic inspection, decarburization, etc.

Scrutiny of drawings/documents/ bill of material, etc. for their conformance with respective to specification.

Inspection from raw material stage to finished components stage as per quality assurance plans.

Metrological inspection (Dimensional Inspection) of various components.

Monitoring the periodic calibration of Instruments and Equipment’s.

Vender outsourcing inspection for new parts approval

“DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF ROTAVATER BLADE”

Description:

This project is design and analysis by use of CAD softwares.

The Rotavater blade is device of rotavater machine. The rotavater machine consisting of 32 blades perpendicular positions, which used in the cultivated land to prepare of soil for seed bed preparation.

In this project the main concept is to reduce the cost and increase the life of cutting period of the blade.
