Duties and Responsibilities

Visual checking and to ensure the materials to be use are in good and suitable conditions with accordance to standards.
Check the area whether the scaffolding structure to be erected is in good condition where ground shall be firm or the structure where.
Identifying all potential hazards, conducting risk assessment establishing hazard control measures.

Putting barricade or any warning device, were erection or dismantling or scaffold will take place.
Preparing all materials and tools for the erection of scaffold.
To erect all the requested scaffold needed, as soon as possible to finish the project on the target date.
Housekeeping for all the excess materials and trash in the work place.
Dismantling of scaffold when no longer needed.
Ensure personnel do not take any unnecessary risks.
Do not a low my horseplay to take place.
Report detect on plant and equipment and tag out of service if it unsafe.
See personnel, use personnel protective equipment, when and where necessary.
Assist in any accident / incident investigation as required.
