Projects and Experience:
• Working as Project Engineer with Duplex Engineers Company at Enar Petroleum Refining Facility(EPRF).
Responsible for all electrical and instrumentation work.Coordination with client JEREH-China to remove all the technical issues,Carrying out the daily job execution and to coordinate with Chinese Engineers to meet target dates.
Executing and monitoring the entire project activities that includes installation of MV,LV,DCS panels,cable tray installations,cable laying,grounding,installation of Transformers,Generators,stub up working,installation of LCS,junction boxes and instruments that include transmitters,sensors,gauges&valves.Performing commissioning tests that includes Hi-pot,Megger,Micro ohmmeter,6 phase relay tester,primary injection test Attending weekly progress meeting with Client and Consultant to review the progress,Designing the project master schedule for all levels,preparing and submitting the daily,weekly and monthly progress reports and look ahead plan for client.
• Worked as Electrical Engineer with Sefec Engineers Pvt Ltd at National Oil Refinery Limited.(May 2018-Oct 2018)
Responsible for all electrical work that include installation of panels motors and their termination,installation of instrumentation that include various type of transmitters,sensors at air pre-heater,installation of PLC panel and its termination,manage commissioning work,cadweld earthing of structures.Coordinate all site inspections with GASCO-Australia team members and work as lead E&I Engineer,identify audit scope and perform systematic and independent examinations of quality activities.Generate,monitor,control and close out the punch list,shutdown maintenance overhauling and testing activities of the electrical equipments.
• Worked as Project Engineer with Accresent Engineering company at ATTOCK CEMENT PVT LTD. (August 2017-May 2018)
To manage all the electrical work that includes cable laying&commissioning,Installation of MV LV,FCS, RTS,LRP panels and Transformers.
To read out the drawings and then implementing earthing,lightening and protection of whole plant.Was responsible for termination of MV and LV cables.Installation of instrumentation flow transmitters,level transmitter,solenoid valve,limit switch,drift switch,rope switch,pull cord switch,actuator,vibration transmitter,installation of CCTV cameras.Installation and maintenance of HVAC system.Generating and compiling reports of all commissioning work.Generator installation of 132KVA.Direct Boiler and Turbine(15 MW) work that include installation of temperature sensors,electric hoist,valves,actuators and tubing work.Callibration of instrumentation.Testing,troubleshooting and repairs of both low and medium voltage switchgear.To look after the termination of control power and shield cables according to drawing and schedule.To deal out with the CHINESE Engineers(HEFEI/HCRDI) and their technical staff.

To maintain all the records of production.Was incharge for receiving SR and then implementing products according to SR. Direct the manufacture, installation, and testing of electrical equipment to ensure that products meet specifications and codes. Investigate complaints from customers, evaluate problems, and recommend solutions. Work with project managers on production efforts to ensure that projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget .
