I recently completed my Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting. I am seeking an entry level position to advance my skills as I pursue my accounting designation with estimated completion by 2021

EXPERIENCE

JANUARY 2018 – APRIL 2018

INTERN, KINGS UNIVERSITY

During this position I worked with the university to develop a strategy to optimize space on campus and to grow a foundation for facilities to realize a return on their capital investment. I researched how other universities utilized and marketed their assets to business consumers; including analyzing internal rate of returns, cost-benefits, other opportunity costs and made recommendations to Kings about potential strategies.

MAY 2018 – PRESENT

CONTRACTOR, DEFORD CONTRACTING INCORPORATED

During this interim position I worked reading blue prints and developing approaches to efficiently prepare for concrete installation. I honed my team building and verbal communication skills while doing this role.

JUNE 2016 – JANUARY 2018 (PART-TIME)

INSTALLER/ SHIPPING/RECEIVING, PERMACORP

During this part- time position I completed installations. I learned to work as part of a demanding team as well as independently. As well worked in shipping receiving, putting together orders, delivering completed orders, and doing inventory checks.
