Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing department where Aquatic Pool lifts and Spa lifts are assembled.

Played a key role in achieving I.S.O. Certification for the company by writing work instructions for all lift configurations, established a preventative maintenance program for all equipment and also responsible for the maintenance of the facility.

Established J.I.T. manufacturing practices and Lean Manufacturing structure.

nIntroduced and implemented work order batching to create a leaner assembly process.
