Medical Data Entry- CHARGE ENTRY: I billed for 13 Billing Areas: Charlestown Health, Revere Health, Thyroid primary care also Inpatient/Outpatient and Home Health Care. I entered patients medical charges from encounter forms that doctors submit on a daily basis into IDX and EPIC medical soft wares to meet our goal by month end. I posted payments for self pay and credit in IDX, I retrieved outgoing referral orders from CRMS in EPIC electronically to the proper departments and update LMR data also in EPIC.
