- Top 10 U.S. banks send monthly CRM data files (1 Billion records) to comply with Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Orchestrated switch from transaction model (batch processing) to proactive notifications; host data and monitor for changes against client data for improved results.
• Architectured delivery systems for horizontally and elastically scalable architecture with 12 dedicated resources (18 month development cycle) to achieve 100x throughout for improved performance to meet service level requirements in contracts; go live Spring 2019.
