EXPERIENCE
April 1980-June 2009 - Pope & Talbot, Inc. Halsey, Oregon. Lead Operator; Managed a crew in the Power House for a pulp and paper mill, Kraft chemical recovery, high pressure steam, recovery boiler and power boilers, evaporators and influent/effluent plant and auxiliaries and utilities.
June 2009-August 2013 – Owner, Silver Lake Café and Bar, Silver Lake, Oregon. Managed day to day operations.
September 2013- June 2014 - Abilities Unlimited, Houston; Building Engineer at Jones Hall, HVAC and building operation/maintenance.
June 2014-October 2015 - PMRG Chevron Towers/Data Center, Houston; Building Engineer, responsible for the operation of 4 Chevron towers including the data center, preventative maintenance, plant operations, contact person for contract maintenance, wrote and approved job safety analysis.
June 2015-January 2018 - Comfort Systems USA, Houston; Project Supervisor at HISD food nutritional services, oversaw 750,000 square foot building which produced meals for 280K/day in Houston schools, responsible for a crew of 10 in maintenance of the building including refrigeration, HVAC/R and high pressure boilers, parts procurement, CMMS, produced job quotes from contractors and oversaw contractors through project completion, safety director, scheduling of shifts.
April 2018-August 2018 - Brookfield Properties: 1st Grade Stationary Engineer. Worked night shifts to provide emergency services to 7 downtown office towers and 2 parking garages and ensure proper hvac startup every morning.
August 2018-December 2018: Engineering Resources. Building Engineer. Responsibilities included high pressure boiler, chillers,HVAC, air compressors, process cooling water systems, life/safety etc. at a federal location manufacturing F135 fighter jet engines.
