A detailed pre report with Rx Level, Rx Quality, Best Server, TA, interference plots is submitted to Airtel with suggestion of physical changes in order to maintain dominance. Also, if any neighbors are to be tilted or reoriented are suggested. Missing neighbors, co and adjacent frequencies causing interference are also recommended to be changed.

Identifying field problems such as Dropped calls, Blocked call, Missing Neighbor, Handover failure reasons, Pilot pollution in 3G, Interference and give solutions to this problems.

Processing logs for Layer3 message Analysis and to identify events Call setup time, Fast return to LTE time, Handover delay, Cell Reselection, IRAT.

Optimization of the network by changing Cell Parameters, Orientation & tilting of Antennas for optimum coverage
