Awards for Projects:
● Won 1st prize in “Gordon Lucas Engineering Competition” held by Loughborough University for the project ‘Maze Solver’ with a cash prize of 50,000/- The project was evaluated based on the speed and accuracy of the AGV.
● Won first prize in the Raspberry Pi jam event organized by AMC College of Engineering for the project Intelligent Road Traffic Management System
(IRMS) with a Raspberry PI model 2B as prize.
Academic Projects
Event Recorder And Automobile Accident Report System : This project has functions similar to Airplane Black Box. The system aims to achieve accident analysis by objectively tracking what occurs in the vehicle. In addition, the system sends an alert message to a pre-stored mobile number via Short Message Service (SMS) in the case of occurrence of an accident. The proposed system makes use of sensors to record the various driving data parameters. The Arduino Mega MicroController is used to regulate these sensors. The data received from the sensors are stored on the SD card and the data retrieval can be done to investigate the cause of the accident.

Image Steganography using LSB Encoding and Decoding The objective was to send a secret text file encoded inside an image of bmp file format.The process involves encoding the length of the secret text and then the data into the LSB of the image bytes. The decoding process involves decoding the length and then decoding the text bit by bit. The final output is the secret text after decoding.The program is completely written in c language. Added features include password protection. Concepts used : File handling, structures, bit and byte logic Intelligent Road Management System (IRMS)
Description: The main aim of the project is to avoid congestion of vehicles in a Traffic Signal due to constant time, setup in the Countdown-Timers. In this project, The countdown timers were made to decide the time depending on the traffic density. With an array of proximity sensors on each lane and with the help of a single board computer Raspberry Pi, a control program was developed and sensors were interfaced to decide the time for the countdown timer. Technically converted an existing open loop system to a closed-loop system.

Maze Solver
A small sized bot was prepared from scratch to solve a maze. This project used IR Sensors, Raspberry Pi along with chassis, wheels, motors, etc. required for bot. The accuracy of the bot was rated 9/10 on an average for 5 different trails with a top speed of 6.3 cm/s when presented at “THE GORDON LUCAS ENGINEERING” competition held by Loughborough University, UK.
