Consisting of logistics, transportation of pre-cast segments (blade column sections cast on site) into staging area.300 ton Crane movement and set up, Preparation of pile cap to receive base section, preparation of blade column post tension ducting and transitions, erecting 66,000 lb. sections into permanent locations, verifying locations, elevations and plumbness through survey control, installing PT platforms, supervise tendon drops, stressing and grout fill of PT ducting, Complete interior permanent platforms, ladders, complete after pours i.e.. interior base curb, door bulkheads, etc. SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER, MUROW CM (NON UNION) 2014 TO 2018 Operate as Owners Rep between Multiple Primes, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Municipalities, and Developers. LAX West Bradley Gates, $4.2M high security project that consisted of demolition, grading and installation of storm drain structures, RCP, ductile fire protection, and a lined retention basin, construction and installation of LAX High Security AOA Concrete Barrier and fencing, pedestrian turnstiles and concrete stairways, an 800-stall asphalt parking lot and secured fire access roads. Met high security milestones and completed project on schedule

Eastern Municipal Water District, Recycled Ponds and Pump Stations, $4.6M heavy dewatering, coffer dams, deep excavation / open cut, backfill, contour grading. Constructed two 40 ft. deep cast-in-place wet wells, heavy mechanical CLMC, RCP, Ductile iron, coated steel pipe, CMU / structural steel pump houses and corresponding electrical components. Oversaw a crew of 12. Met all schedule requirements to complete project on time.

City of Los Angeles, Santa Monica Bay Low Flow Diversion Package Upgrade # 4, Two wet wells, five pumps, two trash manholes and two valve vaults on PCH. Generated project schedule and completed project three months early and under budget.

DWP Van Norman Chlorination Stations 1 & 2, Two cast-in-place chlorination buildings, two 96-inch treatment spools, one 54-inch treatment spool, eight cast-in-place vaults (20x20x20) chemical trenches and yard piping.

Robert A. Skinner Water Treatment Plant Systems Improvements, MWD, Cast-in-place concrete chemical trenches removed and replaced chain and flights, solid collector GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT / PARTNER PACIFIC STRUCTURES, INC. (UNION) 2005 TO 2010 Recruited by an executive search firm to manage the day-to-day operations of a $5 million dollar, 35-employee non-union contractor.
